| With the continues development of the world economy, global trade have greatly increased, the container trade continues to increase, container ports has become an integral part of global trade. However, the efficiency of container ports is a key factor to restrict port operation costs. In order to meet the time requirements of shipping companies in the port, the port cannot be realized by blindly increasing the ownership of equipment, which would greatly increase the cost of investments in ports.Therefore, in order to satisfy the demand of the shipping company in port time, and at the same time in order to reduce the cost of the operation of the port, the integrated scheduling model of import container unloading equipment resources is particularly important.After introducing the research background and research significance of optimal allocation of resources of container terminal handling equipment, summarizing the current domestic and international situation from Quay Cranesã€Internal Container Trucksã€Yard Cranes and integrated scheduling of equipment resources respectively, the goals and the sense of research are explicated. The concept model of the integrated scheduling model was established based on the analysis of the influence factors about the equipment resource in the import containers. This paper established the integrated scheduling simulation model of the import containers, unloading equipment resources with the simulation software Arena. The biggest advantage of this integrated model is that it is applicable to any one port which used this kind of handling process. Using the model emulated the ships which was going to arrive to a container port, using the mathematical model evaluated and analyzed the result of the operation, then using the Opt Quest to find a set of optimal solution, the regulation scheme of the equipment resource in import containers was obtained, which made the costs of unloading as low as possible within the range of time that ships expected to port and used the least resources allocation at the same time.The innovation point of this paper is mainly reflected in three aspects as follows:(1) This paper established an integrated scheduling model of unloading equipment resources of container port. Using the simulation software Arena to get the best resource scheduling combinations, to optimize the key parameters of scheduling model at the same time, such as the minimum number of containers that single QC serves, the number of trucks equipped with per QC and the number of YC used in scheduling period. Meanwhile using the software can also optimize the total number of equipment resource, such as the number of quay crane and the number of container truck, more optimization parameters than previous studies.(2) The integrated scheduling model of container equipment resource which is established in this paper, considering the real-time re scheduling of the resources during the unloaded process. That is, when the container terminal appear idle quay crane, can be assigned to the ship which had already started unloaded, so as to improve the unloading efficiency. This is not involved in the simulation study in the past.(3) The simulation model is constructed in this paper except can be used to analyze the optimal container terminal optimal resource scheduling combination and allocation of resources, can also according to the actual situation of ships arrived in a scheduling period, generated the specific scheme dispatching automatically, saving scheme generation need time cost and manpower cost. |
