In the case of economic globalization and increasing competition, Innovative product design seems more important for companies, TRIZ is an important theoretical tool to achieve product innovation. Also with the formation of a buyer’s market, Companies must focus on customers’ needs, QFD is a design tool of regarding customer demand as the only guiding principle. In order to achieve both product innovation and meet customer needs, This article studied that how to achieve the innovative product design by integration of QFD and TRIZ. The study found that: QFD can obtain customers’ needs only, can not create demand, can find the conflict only,can not resolve the conflict. But TRIZ can solve these two problems. Therefore, this paper regards the first phase of HOQ as the skeletal framework and integrates QFD and TRIZ in the left wall and roof of HOQ.In order to provide a rule-based process guidance to product innovation design. The third chapter constructes a “mixed-driven demand model” and a “Conflict resolution model”. The fourth chapter gives the key technical methods of two models. It contains Organic integration methodology of demands and techniques of conflict resolution by Conflict matrix. Due to the current integrated study to resolve the conflict in the roof HOQ is very much and matured,the demand-side integrated research in the left wall is still quite lacking and insufficient. Therefore, this paper focuses on the integrated model QFD and TRIZ in demand-side as well as organic integration methodology, Specifically addressed as follows:1. Integrated the QFD and TRIZ on the demand-side based on the customers-technical perspective. Build a “mixed-driven demand model” at the micro level. The model provides detailed requirements elicitation process, This model has a strong operability and guidance, it achieves the combination of market-pull and technology-driven.2. To achieve the organic integration of mixed-driven demands, rather than make the innovative ideas TRIZ generated and customer needs in a list, this paper builts a method system. This method system contains IFS,TOPSIS,RAHP, Grey Relational Analysis, Vector Cosine. Vector Cosine is a new method proposed in this paper. It can calculate the technical feasibility of innovative ideas by this method system,and can calculate the matching degree of customer demands and innovative ideas,and can calculate the integrated organic degree of techniques and customer demands. According to the integrated organic degree, select the great potential innovative ideas as needs TRIZ obtain,Then put them in the HOQ with customer demands QFD obtain. This is the organic integrated process of mixed-driven demands.3. The case of washing machine verified that the superiority and operability of “mixed-driven demand model”, and also verified the effectiveness of organic integrated approach system.
