Packaging machinery, the foundation of the packaging industry, plays an important role in the packaging industry. High-speed bagging machine, as a kind of special packaging machinery, is mainly employed in the production of the composite packaging bag. At present, the production of composite packaging bag is mostly done by manual. In production, workers spend much time repeating monotonous action, and the high labor intensity leaves workers exhaustive easily. Due to low efficiency of manual operation, product quality is difficult to guarantee, therefore it is urgent to design a kind of packing machinery which can achieve the automatic production of the composite packaging bag.The paper proposed double-position plug bag innovatively, based on the analysis of the production process and the request on the equipment function. The system uses PLC as the core controller, and the integrated use of electric power transmission technology, mechanical design technology, automatic control technology, sensor technology and other multi-disciplinary knowledge to realize the automatic and intelligent production of the composite packaging bag. The hardware and software designs of the system adopt modular design concept, improving the reliability and practicability of the system.In this paper the key links of composite packaging production to study the following several aspects:1. According to the requirements on the production process of composite packing bag, we completed the overall design of the system. We designed the mechanical structure of each function module by Solid Works, and meanwhile make a reasonable design for electrical system according to the overall scheme of the system.2. The working principle and control method of servo and stepper drive system have been studied. According to the hardware principle, we finished the selection and matching calculation for servo and stepper motor, and introduce the distribution and parameter setting of the servo and stepper system.3. The overall structure of the pneumatic and vacuum system are studied. The pneumatic system has carried on the theoretical analysis and calculation, we choose pneumatic system components according to the requirement, and design a perfect pneumatic system solutions.4. Analyzing the control mode commonly used in packaging machinery, and determining the control scheme of this system. PLC is used to control the whole production process, and fulfill the scene monitoring and parameters settings on the system through the touch screen, and so on. According to the design process, we make a selection of hardware and PLC I/O port assignments; According to the flow chart of function modules, we designed man-machine interface and control procedures respectively; Completing the debugging of the control system.5. Finally, We analyzed the various performance indicators of the high-speed bagging machine. And also analyzed the reliability, practicability, innovativeness and advancement of the system. Summarizing the advantages of the high-speed bagging machine in aspect of speed, efficiency, function and etc.
