Research On Risk Management Of Wanli Times Business Square General Contracted Project

With project management, project management theory and risk management theory, and following the rules and laws of the total project risk management and construction contracting, this paper studies the risk management of general contracting construction projects, combining the case of Wanli Times Business Square project of risk management business, to analyze the problems of the project general contracting project risk management and discusses the risk identification, risk aversion, the specific risk response, etc. Particularly on the actual situation of the risks, it introduces the system dynamics method and AHP to carry on the risk identification and risk assessment in order to give corresponding measures of the bidding period and implementation period. And it works for the innovation to overall general contracting project risk management, and gives the general problem-solving strategies of risk management in order to get better risk management.Firstly, based on the background, purpose and significance of the research topic, the paper makes a general description of domestic and international research profile analysis to point out the shortcomings of their study, propose ideas and methods of this study.Secondly, this paper describes the theories of EPC risk management, specifically describes the concepts and features of construction general contracting, risks and its nature, the definition and nature of general contracting project risk management, and summarizes the basic measures of risk management in general to analyze the shortages of the traditional risk identification methods in order to get the general engineering contracting process and methods of risk management.Then, based on the current situation of Wanli Times Business Square project, this paper analyzes problems in their risk management. It introduces the system dynamics method to solve the problems of risk identification and introduces the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and AHP to solve the problems of risk assessment. To provide security for general contracting project risk management, it presents implementation strategies for the problems of general contracting project risk management.Finally, it makes a preliminary summary for the research project and make further prospect for general contracting projects in the future.
