With the promotion and development of smart grid, distribution network structure is increasingly complex because of the integration of distributed generators and micro grid. The traditional optimization algorithm can not fully meet the needs of distribution network fault recovery reconstruction.Furthermore, stochastic volatility of renewable energies also bring serious impact to the distribution network. In this paper, based on the background and current research situation of the distribution network fault recovery in the trend of smart gird. The shortcomings of research on distribution network fault recovery is studied. The concrete research content is as followings:Firstly, the distribution network and micro grid are simplified according to the characteristics the network structure. A wind speed probability model using the Weibull distribution is generated, according to the problem of random fluctuations of renewable energy. The illumination intensity model is improved by Markov state transition matrix simulate weather changes, based on the probability model of illumination intensity which is developed by Beta distribution. The control strategy of the micro grid is studied, which uses the recovery strategy for micro-grid energy management system of the paper.Secondly, the loads are classified by characteristics of different industries. A fixed and random value amount superposition load model is developed, which avoids the problem of the dilemma between complexity and accuracy when separately analysis for each load. Minimum spanning tree algorithm is promoted by dynamically importance as heuristic information silos search. More responsive to the dynamic recovery of such islands can be important to ensure that high priority within the load of failure to obtain the recovery period.Finally, reliability index which adapted to the dynamic recovery of smart grid is proposed by Sequential Monte Carlo method to analyze the reliability of an island strategy. According to the reliability index which based on the statistical analysis of the energy storage device charge level and power shortfall, the islanding strategy is evaluated to meet the requirements of reliability. The remaining network after the islands from the distribution network is recovered using Ant Colony Algorithm, as well as improves the pheromone update aspects to meet the needs of dynamic recovery.
