External wave electromechanical integrated piezoelectric harmonic drive system uses the inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramic. The periodic elongation of four piezoelectric stacks is used to drive. The drive system outputs power by movable teeth meshing. Compared with the traditional piezoelectric motor, the driving torque is large, friction is low, transmission ratio is large, structure is compact, transmit efficiency is high. It can obtain broad application in the fields of biological, precision instruments, medical equipment, micro-robots, aerospace.In this paper, structure design of the external wave electromechanical integrated piezoelectric harmonic drive system is done, its working mechanism is described. Three dimensional solid model of the drive system is established by utilizing Solidworks. The interference inspection is done, which shows that the established model is correct.The static, modal and transient dynamic analysis of piezoelectric stacks are carried out by the software ANSYS. The natural frequencies and vibration modal are solved out. The displacement responses to different excitation voltage is analyzed.The statics, modal vibration and harmonic response analysis of drive system are analyzed by the software ANSYS Workbench. Stress distribution under the static load, natural frequency, mode shapes, dynamic stress and displacement frequency responses are presented.Taking C++ programming language and UG NX 9.0 as tool, the secondary development is carried out. A simple, convenient and practical design interface is achieved. The parametric modeling of external wave electromechanical integrated piezoelectric harmonic drive system is achived.According to NC machining technology, the processing technology is determined. The processing and assembling of external wave electromechanical integrated piezoelectric harmonic drive system is completed.
