Hydraulic technology progressively becomes mature in the 20 th century, with the development of the nuclear technology, aerospace technology, control technology, materials science, microelectronics technology and other disciplines, it has been being pushed forward constantly, and has become a complete automation technology which integrates transmission, control, detection. Hydraulic technology has been applied in various fields of the national economy.With the development of hydraulic technology, the innovation of hydraulic components emerges in endlessly. This paper is about the special flow valve which is designed for single-acting double-stator pump according to its characteristics. Firstly, the paper designs the structure of flow valve which satisfies requirements of the single-acting double-stator pump, in structure, the special flow valve consists of a valve body and several valve cores, including a six-way, three-position manual directional control valve and three throttle valves. We can achieve the step-change adjustment of the flow rate by the directional control valve, and use the throttle valves to regulate the flow rate continuously. The geometrical dimensions of the special flow valve and the force exerted on the valve core are calculated. The two-dimensional structural diagram of the special flow valve is drawn specifically, its three- dimensional model is also established, and the energy-saving effect of the speed-regulating circuit is analyzed, which is made up of the special flow valve and the single-acting double-stator pump.The internal flow-field of the special flow valve is studied by Fluent which is a computational fluid dynamics software, the author obtains contours of static pressure, contours of total pressure, vectors of velocity of the internal flow-field and so on, and learns the location where energy loss and spirals emerge, furthermore, the reasons why the phenomenon occurs are found out, the results of research can provide a reference for the further optimization of structure.On the basis of flow-field simulation, the author uses momentum theory and numerical methods to analyze the steady-hydrodynamic force of the special flow valve respectively, the key of the former is to obtain the jet angle, the significant work of the latter is to gain the pressure distribution on the valve core, all of these can be achieved through flow-field simulation. And then the results obtained by the two methods are analyzed and compared.The experimental bench is set up, principle of the special flow valve is verified with help of the experimental bench, the author records and analyzes experimental data.Finally, all achievements of the dissertation are summarized and the further research work is put forward.
