As one of the core hydraulic power component,the high performance double action vane pump is more and more popular in many fields.It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, high efficiency, stable operation,which has made it more universal in Medium and low pressure hydraulic system such as vehicles, engineering machinery and machine tools etc.With the development and progress of hydraulic technology, high pressure、fast speed has become the direction of the development of hydraulic technology. The double action vane pump, as a kind of the vane pump, takes more and more proportion on the practical project applications and the demand of its performance has become higher and higher.The double action vane pump, compared with the single acting vane pump, has higher delivery pressure, larger rate of flow, but it is also accompanied by high leakage,big output flow pulsation, noise and vibration and other issues.By using the research means of theoretical derivation,simulation analysis and combined with actual examples verification, simulate the interior flow field and the forces acting between the vane with the rotor and the stator of the double action vane pump. It gives conclusion that the factor causing output flow pulsation, noise of the double action vane pump,and has analyzed this phenomenon through optimizing structure of the vane pump.The main contents are summarized as follows:Chapter1, this chapter has showed the background and significance of the research, has summarized the current status and trend of development about the double action vane pump at domestic and foreign, has outlined the main content of this topic.Chapter2, this chapter has made a deep research on stator curve which is the main factors influencing performance of the double action vane pump, has introduced the design principle when guarantee the uniform instantaneous Flow Rate, has made a in-depth analysis on the design of higher mode stator curve and pre-compression curve to deduce the noise of the vane pump.Chapter3, this chapter has carried out a numerical simulation by inducing commercial flow simulation software PUMPLINX in order to have a more in-depth study on internal structure of flow course of vane pump, has discussed the circumstance between output flow pulsation and pressure fluctuation under the different working conditions, has made the analysis and verification of pump performance which is in different vane number and different vibration-isolating slots and different stator curves.Chapter4, because of there’s a connection between the structure of the double action vane pump and it’s noise and output flow pulsation, this chapter has conducted the simulation analysis about the different inner structures based on dynamic simulation software ADAMS inthe condition that the vanes have no void, the maximum pressure angle is chosen properly, the blade angle of vane is certain. The conclusion and the date have some guiding significance for the design of the double action vane pump.
