With the development of science and technology,social energy delivery pressure of the power industry is more and more big,so the Smart Grid has become a global final tendency of the development of the national electric power industry. As one of the important infrastructure equipment’s,the Smart Grid electronic smart meters has become a hot area of research in the global energy metering manufacturing industry.With the development and application of smart meters and the relevant standards are constantly being improved, especially energy meter resistance to outside interference, revise and improve the standard focus is the key to reflect meter technological capabilities. Due to the complexity of the electrical environment, some meters will work in strong magnetic fields in the interference under such circumstances could lead to measurement error meter generation. For accurate, reliable and convenient detection meter constant magnetic field immunity, increase energy meter for resistance to the constant magnetic interference, we need to influence the mechanism of constant magnetic field analysis, and design the appropriate immunity detection devices.This paper describes the status of development of smart meters and related immunity test apparatus, the theoretical analysis of the impact of the mechanism from a constant magnetic field on the meter, then constant magnetic field immunity of the relevant standards and requirements are described in detail, and explains the traditional immunity test methods and procedures, a clear design goal of our test device.Hardware system of the device mainly comprises detecting the power section and high-precision manipulator part, through the PC software, the organic integration of the two parts, automated test conducted to collect data and draw conclusions. Test the electrical part of the power meter dedicated detection accuracy, range and capacity to fully meet the test requirements. Robot part with high precision universal electric drive robot, through the background software, PLC control, easy to achieve high accuracy and repeatable magnet moving. PC software includes a parameter setting, the power and the robot control, data acquisition module, control, measurement, and data upload judgment as one of the integrated test environment.The device is designed to improve the accuracy, reliability, and test efficiency constant magnetic field immunity test, the meter is designed to meet the requirements and testing organizations to provide a strong guarantee for the quality of judgments meter. The system validation and use of the device can be effectively a constant magnetic field immunity meter judged by the quality and northern Hebei China EPRI EPRI, to achieve the design goal.
