For improving the adaptability of manufacturing system to deal with the complex dynamic problems, the concept of organic manufacturing system has been proposed by our research group. In organic manufacturing system, the mechanisms of organisms, such as neuromodulation, endocrine regulation and immune defense, etc, are applied in manufacturing system by reference the organizational structure, adaptive control and regulation law of biological systems. Based on previous research, the monitoring technology of organic manufacturing system is studied in this paper by reference the operating mechanism of artificial immune system.In order to eliminate the influence of many uncertain on manufacturing system, the organic immune monitoring model of manufacturing system is proposed in this paper, and its operating mechanism is also analyzed in detail. The uncertain disturbance of organic manufacturing system is introduced. Meanwhile, the realization of each function module in the organic immune monitoring model of manufacturing system is analyzed, such as immune recognition, the immune condition assessment, immune response, etc. The self-adaptive immune model is designed by combining the organic immune monitoring and the scheduling algorithm of system, and a calculation example is given.To analysis and validation the organic production system immune monitoring model, the experiment platform of immune monitoring model is constructed based on the experiment platform of organic manufacturing system. According to the functional requirements of organic production units, the circuit board is designed by using the PIC microcontroller and STM32 processor, and the program is developed. Using language c#, the immune monitoring software is developed to realize the management of the production tasks and resources in the system. The related calculation in the immune monitoring model is therefore completed. Combining those with related graphic interface, real-time display of the system operation information in the process and the immune monitoring information, and other functions is realized.Simulation experiments is operated to debug the organic manufacturing system and the immune monitoring software, which verified the feasibility of organic manufacturing system immune monitoring technology and its effectiveness of dealing with uncertain disturbance.
