Oriented Open Network Manufacturing Cell Controller

Based on "the Research about FMS opening unit controller and network manufacturing test system" of Natural Science Fund Project of Colleges in Jiangsu Province, the unit controller as one of the key technologies of network manufacturing system is researched, designed and developed In this paper.After analyzing the requirements of the opening unit controller, based on the thoughts of object-oriented and function module, the overall structure and proposal of opening unit controller facing network manufacturing environment are established, which can meet manufacturing-unit demands of assembling, recycling and expansion. This opening unit controller is designed and developed with the advantages such as good openness, excellent versatility and good integration etc. It can adapt the interfaces of numerical control equipment and systems with different running platforms and real time on-line monitoring and remote monitoring during the process. Based on the task property, many kinds of simple and effective dynamic work strategy are studied, which can realize the integration of CAD/CAM system.This research result was applied to the network manufacturing system of Nanjing Kangni New Technology of Mechatronics Co. Ltd and can meet the requirements of the production.
