| At present, the application value of UAV in the military field has been widely recognized, turbojet engine is a power device of the UAV, lubricating oil system is an important part of turbine engine.On the one hand, the system is used for lubricating bearings, gears, on the other hand, taking away the heat of bearing cavity tranfered through friction, radiation, conduction. A-31 turbojet engine as the UAV power, the lubricating oil system pressure instability phenomenon, affecting the stable operation of the engine, becomes one of the bottlenecks in the process of developing.Based on the A-31 turbojet engine as the application background, the modeling and performance analysis of the engine oil system were carried out in this paper, and the measures of improvement was put forward.This paper described the background and significance of the engine oil system research. Evolution of system structure and characteristics of oil system, composition and characteristics of oil system,the seal and performance are introduced, and the domestic and foreign research status and methods of lubricating oil system are described.In order to carry out the lubricating system calculation, this paper introduces the computational model of system cavity temperature, the resistance loss and heat-transfer model, the local resistance loss model and the special function model, as the basis for the later performance calculation.In order to carry out the lubricating system calculation, this paper also introduces the calculating method of fluid network and node pressure method, the cavity pressure and the convergence of computing, and gives the flow diagram of strict sealing fluid network system and fluid network diagram of oil supply system.By means of the model and methods mentioned above, the lubricating oil system performance was calculated,Including the lubricating oil system calcution process, the seal system of inner fluid analysis and oil flow rate analysis.Oil flow rate test was carried out to get the quantity of oil circulation.In this charpter, the test system is introduced, and the experiment results are presented.Based on the above calculation and analysis, the oil system of A-31 turbojet engine is analysed, improvement measures are proposed, and verified by experiment.Development of the research results of this paper have been applied to the A-31 turbojet engine, the A-31 turbojet engine lubricating oil system instability problem.is solved. |
