Due to the strong physical labor intensity, the nature of production and poor working conditions, the workers are faced with serious occupational health threats in the process of building products formation. In the meanwhile,China's occupational health administration in the building industry is relatively weak at present. It depends on safety administration, and the building industry lacks of a perfect, clear and focused standard system of occupational health standards. In terms of occupational health management responsibility and the implementation of various basic systems, companies have obvious selectivity and pay more attention to the prevention and control of sudden safety accidents, and they don't pay much attention to the obvious latency and accumulation of health damage caused by long-term work.If you pursue health in high-risk occupational environments, what should you do is to precaution. To some extent, good individual occupational health behavior has an inestimable effect under the condition of imperfect occupational health management system, protective equipment and technology. Therefore, the thesis studies the occupational health behaviors of construction workers. This paper is based on the Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB)and the Health Belief Model(HBM).it summarizes six factors influencing the occupational health behavior of construction workers from the perspective of behavioral psychology which are Perceived Benefits,Perceived Barriers,Perceived Behavioral Control,Subjective Norm,Perceived Risk and Behavioral Intention.this paper also constructs a theoretical hypothesis model for the study of occupational health behavior of construction workers.According to the extracted factors, the existing planned behavior theory scale, the existing health belief scale, the existing research results, and the occupational health status of construction workers and comments on experts,I designed a questionnaire about occupational health behavior of construction workers. To ensure the scientific rationality of the scale,a preliminary survey was carried out in a small range.According to the results, two unreasonable questions were removed and then a formal questionnaire was formed.Through the questionnaire survey to get the sample data,we sort out and summary the data, then we use SPSS20.0 to test the reliability and validity of the survey data.Single factor analysis of variance and T test were used to analyze the differences in occupational health behavior and performance of construction workers in different personal backgrounds such as gender, age, education, economy state and experience of occupational disease. The structural equation was used to verify the hypothesis model of the occupational health behavior theory of construction workers.and the AMOS24.0 software was used for model fitting, testing and modification to obtain the structural equation model with higher overall fitness and the influencing ways and degrees of various factors on the occupational health behavior of construction workers. This paper concludes that Perceived Benefits,Subjective Norm and Perceived Risk indirectly and positively affect the occupational health behavior of construction workers through influencing Behavioral Intention;Perceived Behavior Control cannot directly and positively affect the construction workers' occupational health behavior, but indirectly and positively affect the construction workers through behavioral intention;Perceived Barriers can directly and negatively affect the occupational health behavior of construction workers,it can also indirectly and negatively affect workers by behavioral intention. From the aspect the comprehensive effect, the Perceived Barriers plays largest impact, followed by Perceived Behavior Control,Behavioral Intention,Perceived Benefits,Subjective Norm, and Perceived Risk.At the 0.05 level of significance, there were clear differences in the workers' personal background characteristics including gender, age, education, economy state and occupational disease experience in the occupational health behavior psychology and behavior. To improve the occupational health behavior of construction workers, the workers, companies and government should take measures to enhance construction workers' perception of the benefits of occupational health behaviors, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and perceived risk of occupational diseases and reduce construction workers' perception of barriers.
