In recent years,the technology of carbon fiber sheets reinforcement for concrete structures has been widely used. The current application of the technology is used mainly in the enhancement of the reinforcement of cracking concrete. But most of the technology used in sticking carbon fiber sheets into the bottom(the tension face) of the concrete beams for bending reinforcement and increasing the flexural capacity of the beam. For those who have special requirement and the structure easy to crack, can we reinforce the concrete structures through strip CFRP during the concrete shaping. And in the applyment of repairing and reinforcing the concrete structure, the choice of binder is a problem to be sovled. This paper will do some research on these problems.This study through the experimental research by different kinds of inorganic binder(magnesium oxychloride cement) and the bond strength of organic binder in high temperature, room temperature; CFRP sheet concrete flexural strength at high temperature, room temperature; failure mode during the test, bond properties of carbon fiber reinforced inorganic binder. And use two CFRP for raw materials to explore a variety of methods that paving CFRP into the fresh concrete. This paper mainly studies the flexural properties of the fresh concrete paved with CFRP. The test results show that:①After pasted CFRP on the surface of the concrete blocks, flexural strength improved significantly,indicating paste CFRP can indeed achieve the requirements of repair and strengthening;②Under the normal temperature of epoxy resin adhesive with good properties of inorganic binder, but both bond strength values, respectively, pasted CFRP specimens flexural strength values, Inorganic binder to meet the basic requirements of strengthening concrete structure with carbon fiber cloth repair; After high temperature treatment, loss of bond strength of epoxy resin adhesive with inorganic binder more. In contrast, inorganic binder is more suitable in the high temperature carbon fiber cloth as inorganic binder;③ Under the condition of no binder, Strip CFRP at the surface of blocks can not improve the flexural performance. After the blocks destruct by the load, The CFRP is stripped away the blocks.④ Paving CFRP into the inside of the fresh content can improve its flexural properties,and the whole CERP at the bottom of the content Sticking CFRP into the inner e of the fresh concrete is more pronounced.
