Optimization Research On Land Use Efficiency Of High-density Mountain Cities

In the economic globalization and city modernization generation,the increasing amount of people trend to live together as a group named city. It is unavoidable that highdensity land development becomes a main trend in china because of the limited urban space. What is more, it also becomes important and urgent tasks that are developing the efficiency, ecologicalization, high quality and intensification of urban usage with the high-density urban development.This article is a branch task of < the optimization of high-density urban cluster space usage in mountain region > that is about the technology of urban cluster high-density space usage that is supported by the national technology. It focuses on the characters and core problem of mountainous cities high-density development and takes the high-density development of mountain city in efficient and ecological way as the key point. Then, in this article, we take Yuzhong peninsula in Chongqing as the object of study and urban high-density development as theoretical starting point and main improving goal, which studies theoretical model and method of the evaluation and optimization of land utilization with the high-density development in mountain city specifically and put forward the relevant strategies optimization of land utilization in Yuzhong Peninsula.This text is consist of four parts, which are:The first part is raising relevant problem. The first chapter indicates the main reason of the topic chosen through the Analyzing the background of high-density development in mountain and highlights the evaluation and optimization of land utilization. It resolves the topic from three points of view conceptually which are mountain city, high-density development and land utilization and summarizes the research history and current situation to learn the research trend and lack which lead the research direction and put forward the frame, research method and content of this essay.The second part is analysis. The second chapter indicates the main problems of highdensity development in mountain city including five aspects that are the waste of ambient land led by urban expansion, the coexistence between overdevelopment and low Utilization, blocking urban regeneration by the disordered urban functions, blind construction which destroyed the historical culture and worsening environmental conditions through analyzing the current characters of mountain city land utilization and the impact on urban land utilization with high-density development. What is more, this part also analyzes the internal cause of the five core problems and prepares the theoretical basis for the core chapter to the whole essay, which decides the main research direction.The third part is method formation that is the core chapter of the essay. The third and fourth chapters define the optimization method of land utilization under high-density development in mountain city from the evaluation model of land utilization and optimizing theoretical frame respectively. The third chapter set up the evaluation index system from the society, economic and ecological effect of land utilization through analyzing the connotation, the principle and method of land utilization efficiency, which raises the universality comprehensive evaluation model of land utilization with highdensity development which takes the evaluation of land utilization efficiency as the core. In the fourth chapter established the theoretical basis of land utilization efficiency with high-density development in mountain city and defined the basic connotation and the achievement of land utilization efficiency trough learning theories relevant to highdensity development and urban land utilization which takes the optimization of land utilization efficiency as the core. Based on the methodology summary,this chapter also put forward the optimization model consisted of the evaluation system and optimized theoretical system.The last part is demonstration. The fifth and sixth chapter take the Yuzhong peninsula as the object of study to practice the research conclusion on the specific examples. The fifth chapter uses the method and approach of land utilization with highdensity development in mountain city to the current Yuzhong Peninsula, which summarizes the level of land utilization efficiency and the problems in this development. Therefore, it gets the main contents and obstacles index for land utilization efficiency improvement. According to current result of analyzing land utilization situation in Yuzhong Peninsula and some relevant theories, methods and examples, the sixth chapter put forward five optimized strategies to solve the limited land utilization problems which are intensive land utilization, classificatory land density, mixed functions,networked ecology and completed management system. The last chapter is the conclusion that summarizes the innovations and shortcomings across whole research.
