Summary The saying goes: to get rich, and roads. The rapid development of thecity, inseparable from the development of the road system of the city. In today’s rapiddevelopment of urbanization and motorization, urban metro road system in rail transitsystem is an important part of it. And if they want to solve the city’s traffic problems,land-use intensification, the real achievement of sustainable urban development policy,from urban transport and land-use of the complex interaction between the hands.Thispaper seeks to take the Line1subway line in Changchun City as an example, thestudy of land use along the mass transit.At present, Changchun in the construction of rail transport network is developing,light rail and Metro construction in succession. Through study and summary thisthesis based on research results, based on the characteristics of urban developmentand the development of road traffic in Changchun, analysis of regional land use alongthe mass transit-related theory and experience, take Subway Line1line in ChangchunCity as an example, summary of Changchun City Metro Line1along the cause of theproblems in land use and, optimal design. For future urban land use along the masstransit and provide reference and inspiration around construction sites.The text is divided into four sections.Part one: through the analysis of the background, purpose, meaning, and otherdiscussion, analysis of research results, integrated indicates the need for research onthis topic.Part two: TOD, urban rail transit and land use and other related conceptual andtheoretical overview, combined with domestic and foreign application to analyze therelationship between mass transit and land use along which supports this articleprovides rationale and practice support, later paving.Part three: by summarizing the development of Changchun City anddevelopment of existing rail lines, combined with the present situation of ChangchunCity, summed up problems in urban development, analyze the advantages anddisadvantages of Changchun introduction of TOD mode.Part four: by summarizing the contents of the previous section, with the premiseof sustainable development, take Subway Line1line in Changchun City as anexample, proposed TOD mode optimization of land use along the Line1subway linein Changchun,And for the three typical properties of site analysis described in detail, as well as to put forward reasonable proposals on the future development ofChangchun City.
