Research On Creative Industry Cluster Fromthe Perspective Of New Industrial Space

Since the 1990 s, the creative industrial park has been used as a new urban space and urban economic and social development led to an important polar nuclei, are increasingly influencing and changing economic and social activities and spatial structure of the city. As a new spatial form, booming creative industry park is both exciting, and sometimes make people confused however, is its fast and exciting development in practice, people are confused and then from some monographs and papers point of view, it seems that even the academic and creative industry park none of what is to form a unified definition, comprehensive and systematic study of theory with practice is even more uncommon.In this paper, the creative industry park planning for the study points to the development of creative industries built construction theory, and the theory of new industrial space planning and creative industrial park development as the cornerstone of the research framework proposed creative industry park planning and design, including elements of the park distribution and spatial organization, type of space and space links, space and space-shaped interface, physical space of the material aspects of texture, layer by layer with different scales to explore their planning mode and place characteristics.Total content of this paper consists of the following four components:The first part(Chapter 1 and 2) the introduction, Progress Review and research logic architecture. First, from home and abroad to study the dynamic new industrial space, respectively, creative industry park literature review, followed by the industrial park space organization for creative industries and new theoretical analysis of spatial association from the perspective of economic theory fusion geography, urban geography and planning two disciplines, Finally, the relevance of the two on the basis of summarizing proposed research perspective, research and technical framework for the content of the study.The second part(Chapter 3) are based on regional differences in theory and empirical inquiry and creative industrial park. First, based on the history of the evolution of the domestic creative industry park, revealing the creative industry park development regularity, and then were on the body of this space(constituted discrimination elements, characteristics, development trend, classification and functional analysis) did a detailed analysis. Finally, through the analysis and comparison of the typical case of creative industry park in Shanghai and Wuhan, revealing the regional differences in the texture of the park with the differentiation of space. The third part(Chapters 4,5and 6) is a creative industry park space exploration planning theory and empirical applications. Firstly, the park’s unique planning and design concepts, spatial structure and shape as well as space for new industries and heritage of groundbreaking systematic exploration. Then, the above method is applied to the planning and creative industry park, Wenzhou instance.The fourth part(Chapter 7) is the conclusion and prospect. Refine the full text and summary overview of the main conclusions of this paper points out the lack of research and innovation, and in this study were discussed.
