The construction enterprise has been one of high-risk industries so that occupational health and safety has been paid attention by professionals and scholars. Occupational safety and health risk assessment is significant to improve occupational safety and health management in construction enterprise. Construction workers are taken as research object, occupational safety and health risks are analyzed and calculated that workers may bear in construction. The main research works are as follows:① Risk and risk factors are analyzed, 12 secondary indicators and 33 measures of foundation are put forward from enterprise management, operation personnel, process equipment, and working environment. An index system for occupational safety and health risk assessment is established.② Questionnaire is designed to collect data based on index system. Reliability and validity of data are tested according to reliability analysis and factor analysis with SPSS18.0. The results shows that the questionnaire data pass the reliability and validity testing, which indicate questionnaire is reasonable which can provide the information needed in this paper, and illustrate four dimensions, 12 secondary indicators and 33 based index are reasonable.③ Based on structural equation model(SEM) and fuzzy comprehensive assessment, assessment model of occupational safety and health risk for construction enterprise is established. The weight of index is determined through SEM, and the membership degree is analyzed according to questionnaire investigation. The value of risk is assessed combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and then the grade of risk is analyzed.④ A and B are selected as the test object to calculate occupational safety and health risk. Risk of A is low and risk of B is general.Based on the comparison between A and B, the personnel factors’ risk is in general level, which is higher than others, showing that the personnel factor is the common and important factor.Paper presents assessment model of occupational safety and health risk for construction enterprises. Through designing the questionnaire, using structural equation model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, calculating the risk. Analyzing risk based on the results, providing theoretical basis for occupational safety and health management in construction enterprises.
