Gas turbine, as a kind of high efficiency and low pollution widely used in the aviation, shipbuilding, chemical industry, power station, locomotive, automobile, oil and gas, and many other industries.So far, our country mines VAM resources is abundant, and it contains low concentration methane emissions into the air directly increases the greenhouse effect and it waste of resources.Combined with micro gas turbine technology, the realization of clean power generation is an important research direction in the current, the core of the research content is to explore intake environment change under the condition of the MGT performance and emissions.We use Capstone C30 as the experiment platform, in different inlet conditions, analysis of pressure, humidity, temperature and composition of air intake, then do some research on the micro gas turbine operating characteristic and the influence of the pollutants(NOx, CO) discharged.First of all, as a main body adopts C30 experiment, natural gas as a fuel, we can analyze the MGT’s noise and vibration, and by changing the inlet environment(pressure, humidity, temperature) the experimental study on the MGT, we analyzes the efficiency and the change of the concentration of pollutants in flue gas. The results show that with intake changes in the environment, concentration of NO and CO after combustion with different degree of volatility.Second, with a combustion chamber for the different inlet environment we do something with modeling(pressure, humidity, temperature) of the change trend of temperature field, the concentration of NO and CO. Compared with the experimental, simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.Finally, use the numerical simulation method to study the mine air spent as combustion-supporting air combustion process.On the basis of the above we do some analysis on the aspects of reaction ability, inlet conditions and the whole machine, it shows that NO concentration in flue gas is increased by 0.97%, the concentration of CO increased by 3.76%, then it shows that gas turbine used in coal mine is feasible.In this paper, we do some research on the combustion of the micro gas turbine and pollutant discharge of the experimental study and numerical analysis under different inlet conditions. It provide a corresponding theory foundation of the gas turbine use VAM as the air inlet condition, then it is beneficial to realize energy conservation and emissions reduction of coal production, to improve energy utilization.
