With the development of distributed energy supply system in the world,a new generation of micro gas turbine has been developed at home and abroad.The combustion chamber is an important part of the gas turbine,and its performance directly determines the performance of the gas turbine.A kind of combustion chamber of 30 kW micro gas turbine was designed in this paper.First,the overall scheme design of micro gas turbine was carried out.According to the requirements of the inlet and outlet parameters of the combustion chamber,the structure of combustion mode and air distribution scheme were determined.The scheme of the key components were designed and analyzed,including the combustion chamber head,flame tube,cooling method and the connection location of flame tube and outer casing.Finally,a30 kW micro gas turbine combustion chamber was completely designed.In order to study the aerodynamic and combustion performance,FLUENT software was used to analyze the flow field and temperature field in combustion chamber,and the reaction characteristics of combustion chamber under different working conditions were also analyzed to confirm that the designed combustion chamber could meet the requirements under different conditions.The performance of the micro gas turbine combustion such as efficiency,ignition,flameout,pollutant emission and pressure loss were tested on simulation platform.The results showed that the overall design performance of the combustor was excellent.The ignition,flameout,normal states performance and total pressure loss of the combustion chamber all reached design requirements.
