AC servo control technology plays as the core technology in mechatronics. Along with the boost motor manufacturing process, improvement of modern control theory,high-speed micro-controllers are always updating, power semiconductor devices are modularized and intellectualized, higher requirements are put forward for high performance and precision AC servo system in industrial control areas. The uni-axial servo drive turntable is used as the application background, a permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) servo system by vector control based on XMC4500 is designed and implemented.First, by means of coordinate transformation, the mathematical description of PMSM at A-B-C, d-q and α-β coordinate is established respectively. The d-q coordinate system is rotated according to rotor flux orientation to get the equivalent DC motor mathematical model, meanwhile, id=0 vector control strategy is adopted especially for non-salient pole PMSM.subsequently, the basic principles of space voltage vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) is elaborated. The concrete steps to achieve SVPWM are given with detailed derivation and discussion. And the Simulink model of speed and current closed-loop system is built in MATLAB. So the reasonableness of vector control and the correctness of SVPWM vector control methods are both verified by simulation.Secondly, on the basis of system modeling and MATLAB simulation, the test platform for permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control servo system in both software level and hardware level is completed. Following the modular and top-to-down design principles, the whole circuit is divided into a plurality of circuit modules.The core power inverter circuits includes rectification, filtering, discharging,isolation, driver and the other peripheral functional circuits such as current/voltage detection, fault monitoring and protection, the resolver position demodulation circuit.Infineon IGBT module FS20R06VE3 is designed as the core of drive board and Infineon 32-bit micro-controller XMC4500 plays as the core of control board.In the position detection, the costly dedicated resolver decoding chip could be replaced by the DSD(Delta-Sigma Demodulator) integrated in XMC4500. Then, the position value of dual-channel resolver is solved, both coarse channel and proficient channel are combined and the error correction judgment.Then, on software design, in Infineon Dave3 development environment, the flowcharts of main routine, interrupt routine, functional subroutines are designed and completed, system software programming and debugging are used by C language.Finally, the hardware level and software level test platform is built by a uni-axial servo turntable.Through a series of experiments of open-loop, current close-loop and speed closed-loop are completed. By the comparison of test results with simulation results, the intended design requirements of the current and speed dual close loop control are verified.
