DC/DC conversion circuit is an important part of the power electronics disciplines,With the rapid development of science and technology, the performance of the power supply device has been improved, in order to achieve the requirement of high frequency, miniaturization and digitization, soft-switching technology has been used in power supply device in large-scale, and become one of the main research direction in the field of power electronics.The design requirements of this article is to provide 75 k W output power of DC power supply, Phase-shift full bridge ZVS DC/DC converter is a kind of can satisfy the requirement of soft-switching power energy conversion transform device. Based on the phase-shift full bridge ZVS DC/DC converter of basic topology and the working principle, system software and hardware circuit design, feedback compensation and so on several aspects elaborated are studied, finally the simulation and experiment, the production of prototype.The article firstly introduces the classification of the DC converter and soft-switching technology, then describes the working principle of p hase-shift full bridge DC converter, On the basis of joined the soft switch technology and control strategy. Secondly according to this article research content, the phase-shift full bridge ZVS DC/DC converter of basic topology structure and the modal anal ysis, and the phase- shift full bridge DC converter of several main problems are studied: deputy duty ratio loss problem, realize ZVS condition, parasitic oscillation of rectifier diode, the original edge inhibition of DC voltage component. Next to 75 k W of phase-shift full bridge dc converter function, performance index and the way of work is described, and the main circuit of relevant components selection and parameter calculation, including the power switch tube type selection and parameter calculation, parameter calculation of the main transformer, rectifier diode design, the design of output filter inductance capacitance, the design of the resonant inductance capacitance, the selection of condenser and insulation vice side of the RC buffer circuit design of the rectifier diode. then calculated the power switch tube and the wastage of the rectifier diode. And then describe the converter control system design, Including control chip’s introduced, the related auxiliary circuit design, the project design of the converter small signal model is set up and use the MATLAB software for the design of the feedback compensation network. In the previous chapter, finally, based on the analysis of the design using MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation software of phase-shift full bridge ZVS DC/DC converter, simulation verifies the correctness of device parameter selection, the experimental prototype is built with STM32F103C8T6 as the core, and the operation of the phase-shifte full bridge DC converter is realized.
