Therefore, it is necessary to research the intersected axes beveloid gears transmission performance. According to research transmission performance of the intersected axes beveloid gears, it is in favour of improving the beveloid gears quality by Y380 hobbing machining processed.Firstly, based on the features of gears meshing of dynamic excitation and dynamic meshing force of gears, dynamic excitation and mesh force of the intersected axes beveloid gears are knew. Secondly, the researcher analyses force of the intersected axes beveloid gears. According to the force of the intersected axes beveloid gears, the dynamics model of the intersected axes beveloid gears is established by using the lumped parameter method. Lastly, by introducing the relative displacement of the beveloid gear on the meshing line, differential equations of intersected beveloid gears are reduced dimensionality and normalized.According to the definition of the stiffness of the gears, the researcher works out the stiffness of beveloid gear, who processes the time-varying mesh stiffness of beveloid gear into the Fourier series form. By using the Simulink of MATLAB modules, the kinetic equations of the intersected axes beveloid gears are worked out. Analyzed the MATLAB simulation curve, it is concluded that the cause of intersected beveloid gears vibration.In order to confirm the kinetic equations model, the reasercher designs the intersected beveloid gears test rig, where experimental datas are tested. Further according to the experimental datas, the researcher analyzes the transmission performance of intersected axes beveloid gears, which are transmission ratio, efficiency and analysis the reasons of beveloid gears vibration. Finally, there is a constructive measure that is proposed to improve Y380 hobbing machine processing quality of beveloid gears. |
