Elelctromagnetic railgun is a new concept of kinetic energy weapon, which featured by high speed, high effencicy and precision strike capability for remote target. The use of simulation methods for electromagnetic railgun system research, can deeply reveal the impact of various factors on system performance, accelerate railgun system research and shorten the development cycle, reduce R & D funding, and improve overall system performance significantly.Railgun as a new weapon, how to analysis the influence of different factors on shooting accuracy is an urgent problem. On the other hand, because of the electromagnetic railgun launch technology and transmitting theory is immature, how to assess the electromagnetic railgun firing accuracy is not yet resolved. To solve the two problems, the main contents include the following:(1) According to the characteristics of the electromagnetic rail gun extreior trajectory of flight, establish electromagnetic railgun six degrees of freedom rigid body model, considering the specific conditions of outer trajectory parameters, use the corresponding simulation model to simulate the electromagnetic railgun Trajectory.(2) To establish a railgun factors analysis model, use univariate and multivariate analysis combined method of firing accuracy analysis to screening to determine the impact on the firing precision significant parameters and analysis significant factors on shooting accuracy degree of influence. Use Monte Carlo method, orthogonal design, uniform design method to design appropriate expriment programs; use a variety of data analysis methods to analysis simulation data shooting accuracy influencing factors: the method of variance analysi s of different factors on shooting accuracy to analysis the relative size of the impact; regression method to analysis the different factors that affect the shooting accuracy and specific weights and give the regression equation with each factor.(3) Show the electromagnetic railgun firing accuracy assessment process. Accuracy evaluation parameters consist of firing accuracy assessment and hit probability caculate, where firing accuracy parameter estimation include vertical, horizontal separation parameter and vertical and horizontal integration; the hit probability can use statistical method and Laplace method to calculate the point of impact hitting probability by computational simulation data, and analysis the results.(4) Design and develop the electromagnetic railgun firing accuracy analysis and assessment tools. based on the design of the overall framework of the electromagnetic railgun, designe firing accuracy analysis and evaluation tools of the key modules, and finally develop the tools in Visual Studio2010 environment.
