| In the high altitude area of west China, snow melt water has been used as an important source of drinking water in winter. But because of the snow melt water surface runoff distance is short, even don’t have a surface runoff process, so the snow melt water mineralization is low. Long-term consumption of low salinity water adverse to human body health. It makes human body can not be timely supplement of macro-element and micro-element. Therefore, this paper will use the mineral-rich mineral filter material filter under the condition of low temperature(5℃) on dissolution test, in order to increase the snow melt water salinity.This paper first examined the Muyu-Stone, medical stone, tourmaline dissolution performance under low temperature conditions which is rich in micro-element. It found the three kinds of micro-element in mineral filter material can dissolve out a certain amount of minerals. But the dissolution performance is not the same. Muyu-Stone and medical stone stripping effect is good, tourmaline can enhance the water solubility. So it would use a combination of the three. Through the study of the combination of three kinds of mineral filter material proportioning, filtering method optimization test, it ultimately determined the optimal filter scheme: according to the Muyu-Stone: three medical stone: tourmaline = 2:2:1 mixed ratio of single stage filtering. Then under the background of actual application, it studed the filter layer thickness, the water flow, particle size of the filter material on the influence of micro-element filter material mineral dissolution. The study found that the mineral dissolution quantity is increased with the increase of thickness of filter layer, the decrease of the water flow, increase with the decrease of the particle size of the filter material. Finalized under the practical application of the optimum filtering parameters: filter layer thickness is 100 cm, 5 L/h, the flow rate, particle size of the filter material 0.5-2 mm.The out water of the micro-element filter material hardness was low, could not reach the requirements of high quality drinking water. So conducive to rich in calcium, magnesium, dolomite and calcite, to increase the macro-element of calcium and magnesium, filter the dissolution test. Experimental results show that dolomite, calcite are soluble calcium and magnesium ions, and were increased with the increase of filter layer thickness increases, but the amount of magnesium calcite dissolution is far lower than that of dolomite.Finally confirmed using dolomite to increase the hardness in the water, filter layer thickness to 60 cm.Finally in this paper, the factors affecting mineral filter material dissolution minerals are analyzed, and the microstructure model of dissolution process are discussed in this paper. The wooden fish stone, medical stone dissolution process conforms to the general process of the dissolution minerals. The dissolution process for water molecules penetrate into interface water film layer, hydration, dissolution of mineral ion diffusion. The process controled by mineral characteristics, contact time, temperature, p H, particle size, influence factors, such as the flow conditions, and high temperature activation mineral filter material is advantageous to the dissolution of minerals. |
