| In the system of the automobile, automobile wheel is an important form and functio n determine personal safety be a life-and-death matter largelycomponents; stability, on veh icle ride comfort and traction performance has an important role; the consumption of en ergy, the service life of the tyre andthe labor intensity of the driver has a greater impac t, so the wheels designand manufacture must be carried out in strict accordance with the standards. In recent years with the development of material technology andthe progress of computer technology, materials, technology and design method of wheel presents ne w changes, the need for design flow past and summarized, suggestions for improvement, f urther improve the design efficiency, reduce the development cost, shorten new product developmentcycle.In this paper, the main research is the passenger car steel wheel assemblyin the ne w model design process and design method. From how todetermine the key technical pa rameters of steel wheel, to the standard, the basis for selection and matters needing atte ntion in various parts of the design, and then to verify design establishment of a numbe r of modules(including: moving clearance check, mechanical properties of CAE analysis,b ench test and road test) method. This paper mainly are two tasks:(1) the flow of produc t design personnel, to provide the reference for the product design, improve design qualit y;(2) of the steel wheel assembly to optimize the design, uses the high strength steel m anufacturing rims and spokes,achieving the purpose of light weight and low cost, and i mprove economic performance and emission fuel vehicle, improve vehicle product qualit y; and the use of high strength steel are incorporated into the design specification,forme d a series of design, design guide wheel. The practice proved that,the new design specific ation(method) is adopted, not only improve the design efficiency, reduce the verification cost; but also because the use ofhigh strength steel, the mechanical properties greatly mak e the steel wheelassembly and the promotion.The research results of this paper are helpful for the design of the steel wheel as sembly in the new specification, which should be used in the actual production, formi ng social benefit and economic benefit. |
