Study on “Student Street” may not be a new project, but along with the development of society and varying of educating methods & educating object, study on “Student Street” in different periods can lead to different significance. “Student Street”, as extension of campus and its culture, its value orientation and spatial quality, has a profound impact on the student population, community residents and the urban culture. In past ten years, many university campuses have risen from city and countryside, which have greatly improved our educational environment and educational conditions. But "Student Street”, which among the energy that greatly enhanced the vitality of the street and the element that boosted the city actuation regional development, is still crawling forward slowly in the cracks.To solve the "Student Street" problem, we must not escape from the view of "Student Street" cultural construction, but even large as "Student Street" cultural identity, tiny as "Student Street" management, including problems widely exsitedduringthe urbanization of China, can not be fully taken good care of by the designer. But an appropriate design in order to provide cradle for the cultural construction of "Student Street" is what designers can do using their experiences, to predict future development. Design results can not always correspond with the behavior of course, so we must be sure to take a long beam, allowing designs to have the potential to adapt and future development at least within a certain time.This paper starts with the relationship between "Student Street" and the city, through the reviews of “Student Street’s” current situation, let out the opinion of “Student Street’s” value, culture cultivation. Summarize the three most important cultural connotations,the differences and identification of "Student Street", the "uncertainty" of student behavior and the internal laws of culture, "anchoring effect”, from the "Student Street" cultural characteristics. Starting from these three levels, correspond each space image of the "Student Street”, establishing the correspondence from its spiritual value between physical spaces. And then introduce the example, "Daehak-ro" in South Korea to specifically study the “Student Street" construction method under cultural perspective. Finally, make a comment to the recently built “Student cultural and commercial Street” in Hunan University.
