With the construction of University City of our country in all parts of the country is rising rapidly and campus logistics socialization process intensifies,campus commercial space gets great progress,appeared a kind of planning and design from the University City Commercial Center--student street.Student street as a unique commercial space planning and design,has received more and more attention of departments.But student street planning in China is still in the exploratory stage,often can not be correctly judge the characteristics of consumer behavior,causes the student street after the completion of some problems in use,therefore this article from the consumer’s point of view to explore student street space planning is its necessity.The University of Jinan science and Technology Park Street students conducted a thorough investigation and study,draw relevant conclusions,for the new university city student street planning and design to provide the theory basis,for college students to create a commercial energy burst,the culture atmosphere is strong consumer leisure environment,is the main objective of the study.This paper first introduces the research background,significance and framework,and previous literature is reviewed,summarized on the basis of student street space form to the study of consumer behavior for the content,classification,and lay a solid theoretical foundation;secondly,through empirical research of University of Jinan science and technology park space characteristics and consumer behavior characteristics,specific analysis of space factors on consumer behavior influence;finally,in garden of science and technology student street on the foundation of existent problem,trying to find out the law,discuss its planning and design method.
