| The goal of this paper based on the requirement of liquid atomization dose control inmedical industry is to research and design a system that has this technical characteristics :rapid response, atomization stability and good control precision using DOE(Design ofExperiment) technique. Using Minitab software analyze the test data and find out the optimalsolution of system design parameters.Thus the objective of the liquid atomization dose controlis achieved by improving the accuracy, stability and reliability of the system.The main workof this paper include the following aspects:For the characteristics of the system,the test platform is built and the control program iswrote.The significance of some factors is researched using Full Factorial Design so that someimportant factors are differentiated.The system is optimized with experimental data usingResponse Surface Methodology.The optimization finds the optimal combination offactors,with which the discreteness of atomizing quantity is minimized and theanti-interference performance is better while the atomizing quantity meets the target range.The optimal combination of factors is tested with a experiment.The result shows that theatomizing quantity meets the target range basically.The atomizing system is designed with the optimal combination of factors.The systemconsists of hardware and software.The hardware design can also be divided into two parts,theatomization device and the control circuit.The control program of the software part is wrote inC language.According to the system, a test experiment is designed. The test result of theatomizing quantity meets the target range. |
