The deteriorating air environment has led to the frequent occurrence of respiratory diseases in children,and atomization therapy has played an important role in the treatment of respiratory diseases in children.Nowadays,during the use of children's medical atomization masks,there is a problem of a large amount of gas leakage of atomized medicine,which affects the treatment effect and causes the waste of atomized medicine.In this paper,the optimal design of children's atomizing mask was studied from three directions: drug delivery speed,temperature and mask structure.This paper studies the method of combining experimental verification and numerical simulation.First,simulate modeling and numerical simulation of the atomizing mask;then,establish a full-scale experiment,verify the selected numerical simulation model,and analyze the flow field and atomizing particle concentration field inside the atomizing mask to find out The influence law of the entrance speed and temperature of physical and chemical drugs on the utilization rate of drugs;Finally,the structure optimization design of the atomizing mask is carried out,and the optimal design scheme that can effectively improve the utilization rate of drugs is found.The research results show that after the atomizing airflow enters the entrance of the mask,it shows a typical jet phenomenon.After the jet touches the face and face,it will adhere to the face and flow around due to the coanda effect effect.The airflow to the left and right sides attaches to the face and moves for a distance to generate a strong vortex area,and at the same time,a part of the atomized medicine flows out of the left and right exhaust holes of the mask with the airflow.The downwardly divided airflow forms a vortex zone in the lower half of the mask.The upwardly divided airflow generates different airflow fields due to changes in human respiration;the drug delivery speed has a greater influence on the internal flow field of the atomizing mask.It is best to control v in 0.4m / s-1.5m / s,at this time,the drug utilization rate can be effectively improved,and the time used for a single atomization treatment can not be extended too much;the effect of the delivery temperature on the drug utilization rate is very small,Can be ignored;without changing the area of the exhaust hole,change the location of the exhaust hole,compared with the four structures of the mask,it is found that the lower double-opening mask and the upper double-opening have higher drug utilization rates,while the upper and lower The perforated mask is not much different from the original left and right perforated mask.The study analyzes the influencing factors of the drug utilization rate of atomized masks from the perspective of numerical simulation,deeply understands the distribution rules of drug particles inside the mask,and provides optimization directions and theoretical basis for the optimization of other types of masks.
