Recently, The problem of that non-renewale resources is dwindling day by day and the pollution of our environment are increasingly serious.Our country automobile enterprises are facing with pressure of energy saving and environmental protection when design and product a new car.Confess to these concerns of the living pressure,Chinese government has begun to implement the policy of buying limit in several major cities,our country automobile enterprises have faced with the official start of transformation and product oriented adjustment.Under the international calls of energy saving and environmental protection,electric vehicles become a hot research topic which accord with energy conservation and emissions reduction in each car enterprises and research institution. And gearbox of electric vehicles as an important part of vehicle’s drive system not only determines that if the car can keep high the efficiency,but also is the key parts to determine the comfort,safety,economy when driving in the condition,otherwise the mechanical and electrical control system of gearbox is played to a role that ensure the car to work normally and efficiently.The research object of this paper has developed a set of electromechanical control system to realize shift function of the second transmission which is self-study with new pattern.This paper firstly analyzes the structure characteristics of the control object and set electromechanical design requirements of control system according to the control object;Secondly, designing the hardware circuit structure of controller in the electromechanical based on the hardware anti-jamming technology and building the hydraulic system of the mechanical and electrical control system in the relevant components calculated based on the simulation model, debug controller and hydraulic system; and then building a software framework of the control system to achieve the transmission function of second gear transmission, and analyzes the control precision of the electrical control system from different angles; finally, building a bench test consists of mechanical and electrical control system and gear transmission system, record related data in the process of gear transmission shift which can response the control performance of electromechanical control system by comparing with the simulation results, and obtained the result that electromechanical control system designed in this paper can achieve automatic transmission shift.
