Transmission is an the important part in the vehicle system.I mainly changes the the drive torque and rotational speed of dynamics and can make vehicles with different working condition,complete with the various demands of the traction,work quality plays a vital role in the overall performance of the vehicle.Each index of the transmission factory may be performed by the transmission test bench test,such as no-load and load running,save the installation after the vehicle performance testing time,early discovery problem of transmission in the design and installation,for the product development cycle and improve product quality to provide important guarantee.This work is done in Win STAR,Collecting advanced and widespread structures of mechanical transmissions test bed at home and abroad,combing the requirements of developer,this paper set up the hardware platform and supervisory software of electrically closed transmission fatigue life test bed.The main research contents are:(1)On the basis of function,structure,principle etc.of transmission,combining with the characteristics of the existing transmission test-bed,this scheme adopts the electric enclosed test bed style,using the common DC bus technology,has realized the energy recycling,reached the requirements of environmental protection,prevent the waste of resources.(2)according to the transmission models get a variety of different design layout,the paper summarizes general layout of mechanical system and control system hardware selection,the use of auxiliary system,completed the test speed,torque,temperature,vibration,such as signal collection,and hardware selection basis and parameters is given.finished the hardware selection and introduced the relevant parameters.(3)Measurement and control system software adopts TBS software design,realized the working condition of motor and the parameters of the transmission of real-time monitoring,display and storage capability,and can realize fault alarm when found abnormal.The control of the motor and the frequency converter S120 is controlled by the scout,and the industrial web page is used to connect the parts and realize the communication.(4)According to the company’s test conditions of the transmission MA3712 T,the test bench is equipped with no-load and load test.The test results show that the transmission input speed and output speed is in line with test conditions,suggest that the test rig for testing the transmission test requirements,the testing operation is normal and use effect is outstanding.
