Wind energy is renewable which has large energy with no fuel and no pollution,and has become one of the new forms of the most commercial prospects energy. Conventional wind turbines, due to the presence of moving parts, and could easily lead to fatigue damage, wear, fracture risk; machine running noise, and the greater the power, the greater the size of the wind turbine, higher manufacturing costs.The project intends to propose a new form of wind energy use based on electrostatic atomization technology, when the wind is blowing charged particles in an electric field acting to achieve the purpose of power generation, to achieve efficient conversion of wind energy into electrical energy, which is the type of power plant will not be bound by the appearance of the shape, no moving parts, has a simple structure, can be copied and strong, easy to manufacture and maintenance advantages, can solve many problems existing in conventional wind turbines to some extent, will have better prospects.Under this background, the paper converting static choose bladeless wind turbine technology for the study and carried out a series of studies:(1) The paper describes the basic theory of static conversion bladeless wind generator blades made no static transformation The overall design of wind turbine systems, comparative advantages and disadvantages of collecting and no collector bladeless fan static transformation.(2) Article electrostatic atomization mechanism of liquid media-based analysis of various properties of liquid media relations, research to improve the output power of the electrostatic atomization method to establish multi-factor atomized liquid medium power numerical models.(3) the use of the structural parameters simion electrostatic atomization system simulation software research, the impact of the location parameters of electrostatic atomization output power structure parameters obtained under optimum electrostatic atomization system output power and position parameters.(4) The electrostatic atomization system multi-nozzle structure, proved more nonlinear effect mechanism and control method of the nozzle structure(5) by electrostatic atomization experimental platform to build, analyze experimental data, to verify whether the simulation is reasonable for improvements to prepare the next experiment.In this paper, the research results will be available for conversion to static bladeless wind turbine technology, electrostatic atomization technology and other issues to provide a theoretical basis and reference values, to promote the development of new wind energy-related fields, with some social and academic value.
