Recently, with the continuous development of building technology, of all kinds of buildings in our country has a larger scale, function and class, the number of devices required in buildings also continued to increase. However, these devices are generally located in various floors, with decentralized management, which waste a lot of manpower, material, and inefficient, and this integrated network video surveillance platform arises at the historic moment.Integrated platform can achieve the thought of "e quipment centralized management, function distribution". By using control devices and various expand devices, the perfect information exchange and information transmission can achieve, and on structure of the WEB of B/S, with a distinctive and visible way to present to users and t he operators. In addition,the system is based on standard interfaces or protocols, friendly software interface and characteristics of good scalability. Realize the function of subsystems-unified interface display, unified interface control, unified data-sharing and unified system.The system demonstrated in W EB, using Struts2 + S pring + Hiberate3 application framework dived the whole system into 4 parts. That is the business presentation layer, business process layer, data acquisition layer and the managed object layer. Business presentation layer is mainly used JSP with J2 EE platform to displays the corresponding dynamic display pages; business process layer processing information through the background supporter;Data collection layer using Hiberate to lightweight JDBC encapsulation, with Oracle10 g database stores data as a background to complete the business management and control of logic and operational process; the managed object layer according to different roles and permissions operator display or shielding power function accordingly. The development environment of the system is in My Eclipse platform and deployed on Tomcat application server. Mainly realize the information interaction between the client and the server.
