| In field of integrated Traffic Video surveillance,the number of traffic Video resource for management keeps increase,How is it better to manage and apply integrated Traffic video surveillance resources become the immediate problem。The main research idea and research content of this paper is to explore this problem,to research the architecture of Video management System and to Design the related prototype System.The super-large scale monitoring center has higher requirement for video resource application,including video intelligent analyze application,associate application between video system and business system,video resource book building application and video resource sharing application.Through these application can give full play to the functions of comprehensive transportation facilities,effectively reduce road coverage and traffic accidents,to safeguard the safety of traffic and pedestrians,promoting a substantial improvement in road capacity,at the same time traffic security incident detection and warning.So when the video management system is built,these applications should be considered and that’s the premise,to design the video resources management system.Another research content of this paper is to resolve the network problem.With the continuous development of network environment and progress,high-speed wired and wireless networks has been basically meet the needs of the comprehensive traffic video real-time transmission,but the development of the centralized computing and cloud computing promotion and popular,also for intelligent monitoring and collision in the field of cloud computing provides a good technical support and development foundation.Network optimization can provide low-cost traffic monitoring integrated traffic video covering the entire network,so as to support the application of video resourcesThis project proposes to design video management system architecture based on cloud platform architecture.The system is oriented by the application of video data.While realizing massive integrated traffic video data management,the application value of video data is brought into full play,and propose solution of optimize video transmit network.Based on the cloud platform,this project proposes the video management structure oriented by video data application,which adopts the application technology of feature extraction,large-scale image processing,and rapid retrieval,so as to improve the efficiency of video resource management and solve the problem caused by massive integrated traffic video data aggregation.This project put forward the following innovative points:(1)Put forward on the premise of video data application oriented mass integrated traffic video integrated management system framework,design prototype system,traffic monitoring and dispatching center in Beijing as applications of practical environment.(2)Based on the cloud platform,the integrated management system architecture of video is proposed.With the combination of cloud computing and intelligent monitoring,puts forward an integrated computing platform design,through the rational division of architecture and the standardization of monitoring data,further optimize management system architecture,is conducive to save investment,more conducive to the application of video data,improve the transportation sector in video monitoring on the economic and social benefits.(3)Combined with the features of integrated traffic video and network QoS,the corresponding integrated traffic video transmission quality assurance mechanism is studied to optimize video transmission network.This research can be widely used in various interactive systems based on integrated traffic video transmission.Studying the transmission technology under the current standard not only has the important application value to improve the reliability of the current integrated traffic video transmission system,but also has the great promotion function to the integrated traffic video research and application. |
