With the in-depth integration of the new generation of information technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing,virtual reality,5G,and artificial intelligence with traditional manufacturing,a new round of technological changes has been triggered.One of its goals is to realize the integration of the physical world and the virtual world.Interconnection and intelligent precise control,and digital twin technology is the best way to realize the integration of the physical world and the virtual world.In order to meet the needs of digital workshops for real-time visualization of production status,equipment status monitoring,and production scheduling optimization,virtual reality technology is used to build a highfidelity digital twin environment and driven by data,to achieve integrated management and control of the workshop through a human-computer interface.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)By studying the framework of the current traditional workshop management and control system and consulting a large number of documents and materials,for the high-level digital transformation,a virtual reality-based digital twin workshop integrated management and control system framework is proposed,and its main content and key points are studied.technology.(2)The composition of the digital twin environment is discussed and the construction method of the digital twin environment is proposed based on practical experience.At the same time,the method of driving the digital twin model by real-time data is also proposed.(3)Design the integrated management and control system of the digital twin workshop,construct a production scheduling optimization model through genetic algorithm,and input data for feasibility verification.In addition,a database connection interface is constructed to reduce the coupling between the system and the database.(4)Taking the management and control process of an aerospace manufacturing company’s digital workshop as an object,customized development is carried out through the framework of the digital twin workshop integrated management and control system.According to the actual situation of the enterprise,choose suitable development tools,build a high-fidelity digital twin environment,and finally implement the corresponding functions according to the actual needs of the subject.
