Pond is a unique way of land utilization that people of the Pearl River Delta region using local impact and densely covered river natural conditions and create,and Foshan is the birthplace of traditional pond. In the rapid development of city and economy background, on the basis of pond as the object of study, make the Foshan city as the study area, based on landscape ecology theory as the basic theory research, using the technology of remote sensing and geographic information system, to study the pond landscape fragmentation, dynamic change and its driving force analysis of Foshan, and use CA model to simulate the change of the pond.To provide a reference for sustainable development of agricultural ecosystem, for the continuation of regional ecosystem service function recovery and the regional eco economic.In To put forward the measures of regional landscape pattern optimization.Study use Quickbird satellite remote sensing data, Landsat and TM image in 2011 as the basic data of Foshan pond, combined with the Foshan City Statistical Yearbook, with the help of ERDADS software the software of remote sensing data interpretation, using ARCGIS platform to integrate the the current land use map of Foshan in 1990, 2000, 2011, as the basis of data analysis.the class is divided into 6 categories, to construct landscape pattern index analysis system.Using ARCGIS and Fragstats3.3 software, to study the research on regional landscape fragmentation. Application of SPSS software, analysis on the driving mechanism of dike pond landscape fragmentation. On the basis of it,using the Geo SOS software to simulation Land use change of entire region during 1990~2020, so as to provide ideas for future planning, The results show that the:(1) In 1990-2011, dike pond area of Foshan showing the trend that increase first and then decrease, the area of pond in 1990 is 101351.11hm2,in 2000 is 103823.49 hm2,in 2011 is 76308.81 hm2.(2) In 1990 and 2000, center of gravity and pond are located in Shunde District, But pond center to the North drift in 2000.Large changes in 2011.center of gravity falls in Sanshui District pond, The main landscape of Nanhai District, Chancheng district and Shunde district type from cultivated land into construction land.(3) From the type of land use transfer matrix can be seen, in 1990-2011, dike pond and cultivated land of Foshan mainly transfer to construction land, cultivated land transfer to the pond a part, Construction land transfer small amplitude, the biggest of area that flows into pond is cultivated land, The main flow area source of the construction is the pond, cultivated land and woodland.(4) In 1990 and 2011, the degree of fragmentation is increased of all classes of land, the highest degree of fragmentation is construction land, the forest showing the distribution of concentrated in the area, Cultivated land patch shape complexity, the Maximum of edge density is cultivated land, it shows that the greater impact on arable land by man, the maximum of average distance of the nearest neighboring is Cultivated land, showing distance between patches of cultivated land.(5)It is showed that a significant degree of fragmentation in differences regional of Foshan, In terms of regions, the fragmentation degree of Sanshui District, Nanhai District, Chancheng District, Shunde district and Gaoming is same as Foshan, the fragmentation degree of Shunde district and Gaoming district is the lowest, which is 0.001, the largest fragmentation was 0.008 in Chancheng District; in 2011, the fragmentation increased about 10 times in Sanshui District, Nanhai District, Chancheng District, Shunde Gaoming District area, the fragmentation of the South China Sea area is the lowest, 0.01, the largest fragmentation is district Gaoming District, was 0.07.(6) In the background of urbanization and industrialization, has a certain influence on the pond’s integrity and concentrated distribution, leading to fragmentation of the pond, and the dual influence of farmers interests, resulting in fragmentation of the pond. Analysis of the buffer on city and traffic network in Foshan city, can be summed up the radiation effect of the railway,highway and city is strong in the three area of Shunde District, Nanhai District and Chancheng District, so the pond changes is more severe in these areas.(7) Using CA medel to simulate the change of landscape, the results show:The area of dike pond is 44589.39hm2 in 1990,decreased by 15.27% contrast with 2011, The number of pond patches increased by 5924, he average patch area increased by 87.28% over the previous year, The shape index decreased by 9.76%, Edge density decreased by 16.18%, The average nearest neighbor distance is increased by 214%, On the whole, The degree of pond patch fragmentation is more severe than 2011.(8) In summary, Sustainable Utilization of pond the base can be drawn; Rational implementation of land use planning; Pond landscape protection; Pond strengthen environmental monitoring; Control of the ecological environment, Strengthen the transformation of the construction of facilities, Pond ensure sustainable development; Pond landscape pattern optimization, improve wetland ecosystem services.
