Abstract/Summary:
Along with town construction in our country increasing, the number of construction site will continue to rise. Together with high-rise constructures,underground constructures,giant constructures emerging in endlessly, the fire risk degree of construction site will rise with it, causing great casualties and property losses, therefore, it necessary to assess fire risk of construction site.According to fire risk assessment of construction site, we can systematically identify risk factors of the fire, reveal fire risk degree of various risk factors and construction site. For construction managers provide decision basis for fire safety measures to reduce the probability of fire accidents and the losses. At the same time it can improve the level of fire safety management for construction enterprise. Provide support for scientific and reasonable fire insurance rate.In order to achieve the above research, the article involves briefly summarized the research contents as follows:(1) On the basis of studying fire cases of construction sites and combining with the environment, analysis the detail cause of construction sites fire and the characteristic of the fires from construction of the project itself and construction fire safety management.(2) Based on analysis of the cause and characteristics of the fire, preliminary build up fire risk evaluation index system of construction site. necessity analysis, important degree analysis, integrity analysis of evaluation index and the depth, the width, clustering situation analysis of evaluation index structure. Eventually set up a suitable fire risk evaluation system of construction site, involving fire control, ability of fire prevention, ability of fire extinguishing, safety evacuation, fire safety managemen and human factor. Interpretation and qualified evaluation content of the sub index.(3) Summarizes the analytic hierarchy process on empowerment application and various improvement of its defects and shortages. Article was proposed based on SPA-IAHP method of empowerment. The advantages of this method lies in the relative important degree among indicators in the form of interval numbers, overcomes the defects of experts must make accurate judgment for relative important degree, avoids the consistency checking. Iterval numbers can change to the accurate nmbers using set pair analysis theory.(4) Using set pair analysis theory, sets up the system risk assessment model based on N element connection number. Through to the risk level of decision and the analysis of set pair and partial connection number, it can comprehensive evaluation system risk degree and the development trend.
