In China's large and medium-sized cities,the subway has become an indispensable means of transport,and in the next few years,the subway is still expanding rapidly in major cities.With the rapid development in China,the safety problems of subway during operation is also more and more,especially in the event of fire,due to the closure of the subway space,evacuation passengers will cause casualties and economic loss of property,or even have a serious negative impact on the country's social stability.Therefore,research on the fire risk assessment of city subway,to formulate the relevant prevention and control measures,control measures,safety evacuation measures,to reduce the risk of fire,improve fire protection ability of the subway to the maximum extent to reduce and avoid fire accidents caused by the loss,has very important theoretical significance and practical value.According to statistics,analysis of the subway fire accidents firstly at home and abroad,find out the main cause of the fire,then the theoretical analysis of risk evaluation index system method,literature analysis method and grey system theory to establish the city subway fire,building a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,and conduct empirical research on Xi'an subway line 1 the object of study,the main research achievements are as follows:(1)the risk evaluation index system of urban subway fire is constructed.Through access to a large number of relevant literature and the subway design and fire safety standards,according to the principle of building index system,constructs the index system of risk evaluation of city subway fire,and according to the statistical survey using the theory of gray system analysis method to optimize and select the initial index,and through the elimination of certain combinations of factors,finally establish the evaluation index system of city subway fire risk,including 5 first level indexes,14 level two indexes,46 level three indexes,the composition level indicators by fire hazard control,subway fire protection ability,ability,the subway fire safety evacuation management and fire safety management.(2)Based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the risk assessment model of urban subway fire is established.The AHP is improved,using the interval AHP and set pair analysis theory,the weight vector of interval form into a precise value of the weight vector,then get the weight of subway fire risk assessment index.After determining the weight of each evaluation index,by using the weighted average model M(-,+)will be synthesized with the weight vector membership matrix,get the required city subway fire risk fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.(3)taking Xi'an Metro Line 1 as an example,the fire risk assessment and result analysis.To verify the model,the membership matrix through the expert investigation method to get the three level indicators,combined with the results of the index weighting synthesis operation,through the maximum membership degree principle,the risk evaluation of Xi'an Metro Line 1 of the results for the third grade "safe" value of 0.347,it is proved to be effective and practical.On this basis,the specific control measures to reduce the risk of subway fire are put forward.The research of this paper has certain reference significance for the management and evaluation of urban subway fire risk.
