| Nowadays, with the continued development of the automotive industry, the demand for compact cars in domestic market is increasingly strong. So a new type of body control system for the compact cars in the form of platform was designed in the thesis. This control system enables the product with modularity and generality. Moreover, its lower design costs can achieve more product types of development and production.In this paper, advantages and disadvantages of different types of body control systems were analyzed, and a new centralized body control system was designed. The new type of control system designed in this paper integrated multiple functions in one control module. It had lamps, wipers, horn, door switches and many other intelligent features. The interference of the body control system was analyzed and improved. The power module circuit, the controller input and output circuits and the communication module circuit were designed after determining the hardware requirements for each sub-module. Based on this, the software section of lamp driver was designed by the principle of pulse width modulation. |
