In this paper, system about quantum efficiency detecting of photovoltaic devices had been studied. And after analyzing the theory about photovoltaic devices quantum efficiency detection, the testing system was set up accordance with the conventional systems both hardware and software, including light source, spectrometer, sample room, preamplifier, data acquisition card and programming about system controlling, data processing, etc. Then it had been analyzed and solved that the deviation from stray light and multi-order diffracted light, optical power instability and electron drift and noise. Finally, the conclusion had been obtained after the testing, that the system could work continuously for a long time, and the maximum inaccuracy and instability of the system were 1.37% and 1.2%.
