Along with the development of the automotive industry, electronic control technology is more and more popular in the field of engine. The demand of automotive electronic control professional skill talented person’s has increased dramatically in the society. Learn and master the electronic control technology and grasp of the basic elements of its development and application, has become the problem what each automobile engineer must face. While because the automotive engine industry starts late in our country, especially in the field of engine is lagging behind the developed countries, studies of electric control aspects of the professional teaching facilities are lacking whatever in enterprise or universities. For automobile specialty, it is undeniable that teaching equipments and instruments are expensive, and with the continuous development of automobile technology and innovation, the principle of new technologies and new product appear constantly, quicken the pace of equipment renewal, the old equipment facing elimination situation constantly. In order to better develop professional teaching, saving teaching fund input, expanding the audience for the professional practice teaching, this thesis using VC++ development environment to develop a set of demonstrating and teaching system of engine electronic control based on the multi-function data acquisition card.This thesis research work mainly including the followings:(1) The first introduces research background, purpose and significance, summarize and compare the domestic and foreign related research topics, determine the research content to the overall train of thought and framework;(2) The design of hardware connection mode, using the A/D port of data acquisition card, designed the corresponding sampling circuit, facilities hardware of sensor subsystem; Using sensor and the I/O port of data acquisition card, and design the corresponding control circuit, facilities hardware of fuel injection control and ignition control subsystem, using sensor and the PWM port of data acquisition card, facilities control algorithm subsystem based on control strategy of PID;(3) Using Simulink module of Matlab for setting the parameters of the PID control algorithm;(4) Programming by the VC++, solving the problem of human-computer interaction interface, calibration, acquisition of analog voltage conversion corresponding value of sensors, display the value of sensors, and the PID control algorithm procedures, etc;(5) Hardware and software debugging and testing.
