Hebei Province Highway Land Saving Optimization Design Research

Traffic construction needs to occupy a lot of land resources, including a large number of cultivated land. China is a country relative lack of arable land, protect land resources become the basic national policy of our country. The development of highway, taking up a lot of land, some land index 1/3 of land occupied by highway construction in our province every year, especially in the coming few years my province highway will face large-scale construction, which certainly will occupy a lot of land, so the research of how to save the land, have very important real significance and far-reaching historical significance to ensure the normal progress of project construction.This paper first studies the present status and development trend of China’s highway construction, the highway construction of our country land saving and intensive use of relevant policies. Secondly, in the analysis of land saving and intensive use of land on the basis of content, for the study of basic theory of intensive use of the highway construction land. The Hebei province regional land use status, current situation of cultivated land, construction land status and highway construction land situation analysis, proposed the highway construction of Hebei province land trends and analysis of its causes. The highway economical use of land from the planning, feasibility study, design, construction and after construction of the land reclamation and other sectors to establish a unified land conservation evaluation system. Finally the Langcang Expressway Cangzhou section as an example, presents the reasonable land conservation measures, including the route scheme comparison, cross section of subgrade land conservation measures and interchange design, the final evaluation result of Langcang Expressway Cangzhou section of land saving.Highway land saving optimization design research on land saving and intensive use of land on the basis of the content, puts forward the concept of economical and intensive utilization of highway construction land. Through the various stages of highway construction to take positive measures to the festival, and combined with the land consolidation project, can play a better day effect. This has a great significance for the highway construction in the future.
