Study On The Impact Of Urban Rail Transit On Land Use

With the rapid increase in the continuous development of socio-economic and urban car ownership, the city’s traffic problems are worsening, has become one of the important issues restricting urban development. Facing such a situation, the urban rail transportation by virtue of its unique characteristics to become the new darling of the public transport field by experts and scholars in pursuit of consistent,major cities across the country is off the climax of the approval of the construction of rail transit.Due to China’s urban rail transit construction is still in the preliminary stages of development in urban planning system to take one of the planning strategy,land-use planning and rail transportation planning is often implemented separately, resulting in two in the planning, construction, operation and management of disjointed.
