In this article I had a deep research on the ground fault monitoring system of power frequency induction furnace in my factory, explored in the field of electrical monitoring and control system which are using some new methods. At the same time, I use in intermediate frequency induction furnace draw lessons from the domestic and foreign studies on the melt leakage protection system in the judgment of alarm and alarm system adopts a new method of maintenance as furnace and also introduced the problems in the process of transformation, before we transform the problems of power frequency induction furnace, and then explianed research that contains a series of problems existing in the process of solving including the addition of a single compensation capacitor capacity, increase the compensation capacitance can be shifting gear, power compensation balance after two phase current, etc.In review part of my thesis, several melt leakage protection system are classified and summarized and also I had a further study about the principle of leakage protection system of each melt and use characteristics. Some of the melt leakage protection system is evaluated. According to the theoretical contents of research, combined with my actual investigation and understanding of the equipment for many years, I summed up some practical cases for our factory about the introduction of the intermediate frequency induction furnace and other equipment to provide the theories basis. Security problem is one of the most important problems in the enterprise.The content of this article expounds the security problem starting from reality through technical innovation to change a series of questions about the safety of the electromagnetic induction furnace which often appears in the casting industry. Comparing domestic and foreign uses some of the melt leakage protection system,it is not hard to see this system still ahead in domestic.As for the introduction of foreign technology, the domestic system is a rapid development. By some domestic foundry uses, the study of the melt leakage protection system is not hard to find that domestic foundries to melt leakage protection system is also very seriously, as well as use a variety of methods to improve and optimize the system that I was introduced in this article. This article not only contains the factory frequency induction furnace leakage protection system research, but also contains the study of medium frequency induction furnace leakage protection system. Finally introduced our factory adopts the imported the ground fault monitoring system of power frequency induction furnace in detail, which expounds the system detail the design concept and working principle of and electric principle and operation, etc. The next step will introduce the intermediate frequency induction furnace leakage protection system carried on the detailed study to our factory, which looked at how to routine maintenance of this system, and it is worth mentioning that abroad country used in portable mobile detection device, which is used to detect the operation of the intermediate frequency induction furnace leakage protection system.These are in good condition, function and the method is superior to the some domestic detection methods, but the principle remains to be further researched and need to be especially emphasized the melt leakage protection system in the event of alarm,.So it may already be occurring leakage accident of furnace, but there is maybe a false alarm. In this article,to avoid false alarms and identification methods of false alarm are described and the researched real alarm which means furnace leakage accident has happened, just because some operators and technicians install the system and neglect of furnace condition inspection and safety work.
