In view of the characteristics of transient variation,random turbulence and harsh environment in the combustion process of a power plant boiler,the real-time and accurate temperature distribution of furnace flame is of great scientific significance for the safety,economy,efficiency and environmental protection of the boiler.At present,although there are many methods of temperature detection,a high precision furnace temperature detection device for the field of practical use has not been established.In recent years,the radiation temperature measurement has made great progress.Because of its wide range of temperature measurement,high accuracy and fast response,it has been widely applied in power,aerospace and petrochemical industries.This paper analyzes the limitations of existing temperature measurement methods for power plant boilers.Based on the theory of colorimetric temperature measurement,starting from the application environment of furnace temperature measurement,it analyzes and selects the measurement location,temperature measurement medium and wavelength,and then designs the overall framework of the temperature measurement system.Infrared temperature measurement system is mainly composed of optical system,signal acquisition module,signal processing module,software system and cooling protection device.Furnace flame through the optical system into the infrared detector in order to achieve photoelectric conversion.The output signal of the infrared detector is sent to the ARM processor after amplification,filtering and A/D conversion,and then the temperature signal is obtained after the processing of the algorithm.The temperature signal can be displayed on-site device and can also be transmitted to the host computer by 485 communication.In the end,the infrared temperature measurement system is calibrated by the blackbody furnace,and the error of the device is analyzed and processed.The temperature measuring system designed in this paper is the first set of temperature measuring devices installed in the wall of the water wall of the boiler.The article verifies the scientificity of the temperature measurement system through the experimental platform,and analyzes the temperature measurement results.It proves that the device has the characteristics of real-time and high precision,and has certain engineering application value.
