Machinery manufacturing industry is one of the important economic foundation of the national economy. As the northeast old industrial base in Shenyang, the machinery manufacturing industry plays an important role in history. At present, our country entered the middle of industrialization is characterized by heavy industry rapid development, industrial growth, accident risk increases, in accident prone on.Firstly, the safety production standardization history, the current research status, the standardized theory, the used standardized methods at home and abroad and the standardization principle were introduced in this paper. Secondly,the mechanical industry existing safety standardization system is studied.Risk control should be engaged in both before and after the event, the existing machinery industry safety production standardization scoring system without considering the emergency rescue and emergency response after the event.Then the dangerous and harmful factors existing in the machinery manufacturing industry are analyzed in detail, and fuzzy mathematics evaluation was used in this area.According to the characteristics of the mechanical manufacturing industry and accident risk control, established a set of evaluation index system of standardization.Fundamentally solve the outstanding problems in the process of standardization construction machinery manufacturing industry, and gives some Suggestions to mechanical manufacturing industry and perfect measures.At the end of the paper to the northern heavy industries group co., LTD as the research object for this paper.The machinery manufacturing industry standardization of production safety evaluation system considering the prevention and relief afterwards is established in this paper, the system will be improved. Fuzzy mathematics evaluation is used which make the evaluation more systematic and scientific.This research is of great significance to improve the essential safety state and the safety management level, reduce and control the dangerous and harmful factors in machinery manufacturing industry, reduce the production risk, prevent the accident and protect the life property, the enterprise and the downstream residents.
