It is common to introduce the theory of risk evaluation into the energy resource and chemical industry. Especially, the economical management of dangerous goods combined with many kinds of evaluation methods of risk evaluation is advantageous. Therefore, it is necessary to recommend the risk evaluation to the management of the dangerous goods terminals of inland rivers. This thesis has set up security assessment factors system for the dangerous goods terminals of inland rivers. According to the security assessment factors system, we can bring into some improving measures to raise the managing quality of dangerous goods industry.Considering the factors of dangerous goods terminals of inland rivers are very complicated and most general idea of the factors are distinct, the quantitative analysis is very difficult. So this thesis applies Fuzzy Mathematic Method to the risk assessment of the dangerous goods terminals. This thesis combines qualitative methods with quantitative methods, and also academic research with application research. This thesis attaches great importance to the theoretic problems of the risk assessment. Meanwhile, we also adopt a case to prove the method. The frame of the content is from theory to practical case. Fist, we analyze the theory of the risk assessment and introduce the meanings of the risk assessment. Second, we have inspected every factor of the dangerous goods terminals of inland rivers. The factors are facilities, environment, operational workers, management system and dangerous goods. We also have set up security assessment factors system and certify its efficiency. According to the practical case, we can suggest some improving measures.
