Due to the fuse type axle temperature alarm system automation degree is not enough, complicated structure, system of low accuracy, low reliability, therefore,development of reliable performance, good real-time high-speed emu shaft temperature system, is of great significance to ensure the security of train. Is a new generation of emu real-time temperature detection monitoring system can real-time monitoring and automatic alarm notice sending, the train driver and mechanic can timely understand temperature of power system, and can make the right operating instructions in time, greatly improves the emu safety performance to ensure life and property safety.Of the EMU shaft temperature monitoring system are discussed in the paper the basic composition and the working principle and system interface definition, this paper mainly introduces PTU software, used to download the temperature system temperature sensor detects the temperature of the record, set up the system temperature forecasting warning value, alarm, the software is updated shaft system procedures, upload files, shaft temperature data, log download, ACU software version query, shielding status query and setting time of alarm function.
