As China entered the "high iron age", the expansion of the scope of railway speed, the train speed boost, mu trains speed reached 350 km/h, power train traction power increase,makes the impact of rail train wheels, the dynamic effect and vibration, lead to train driving system and calorific value increasing of the power system. When bearing in the dynamic system with large and small gear wear and tear or defect, abnormal heat increases,can affect the safe operation of the train. Traditional emu axle temperature alarm system for fusing type alarm system, when the system testing temperature is exorbitant, fusing type open automatically disconnect, axle temperature alarm system feedback, to ensure the safety of train. Due to the fuse type axle temperature alarm system automation degree is not enough, complicated structure, system of low accuracy, low reliability, therefore,development of reliable performance, good real-time high-speed emu shaft temperature system, is of great significance to ensure the security of train. Is a new generation of emu real-time temperature detection monitoring system can real-time monitoring and automatic alarm notice sending, the train driver and mechanic can timely understand temperature of power system, and can make the right operating instructions in time, greatly improves the emu safety performance to ensure life and property safety.Of the EMU shaft temperature monitoring system are discussed in the paper the basic composition and the working principle and system interface definition, this paper mainly introduces PTU software, used to download the temperature system temperature sensor detects the temperature of the record, set up the system temperature forecasting warning value, alarm, the software is updated shaft system procedures, upload files, shaft temperature data, log download, ACU software version query, shielding status query and setting time of alarm function.
