Traditional architectural design is a single streamlined process. There isn’t a platform for architects and engineers, to parallel design through collaboration, so not much crossover design. That cause the energy waste without wareless during the operational phase. BIM technology build the platform in the building design process, so that fully tap the energy saving potential of the building itself and the use of renewable resources to improve the thermal performance of buildings as much as possible by the lowest energy consumption.Indoor comfort as the goal, Passive Houses optimize structure based on the principle of the energy balance to reduce energy consumption radically. Passive Houses design throughout the building lifecycle process, starting from the conceptual architectural design, the building construction, to the operational phase. Due to the fine requirements of building envelope thermal performance and building structure, building information has fragile, building design parameters of each period must be accurate. BIM technology is in line with this requirement. In this paper, to analysise the passive houses construction process through case, in order to help passive building design.From the construction phase of the project to the integrated design buildings is systematically analyzed. For the parameters are analysized by BIM at schematic design phase, the different energy consumption of the different design are resulted. First, according to the construction project information provided by the case, carrying out building climate analysis, and weather conditions is acquired more about the construction project. This provide some information for the construction program designed originally. Secondly, the micro-environment simulation is done for two selected type constructions for the disadvantage factors corrected. According Passive Building characteristics, the main factors and the level of factors are selected, then the simulation software for building energy simulation analysis the group by Orthogonal Experiment to figure out the optimal combination of factors.
